Client Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Manage the activation of new customer accounts ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations and industry best practices, continuously developing new skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with other Client Service Managers to identify areas for improvement in operations and processes, focusing on minimizing customer churn.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including one-on-one training, virtual webinars, and scenario-based role-playing sessions.
Client Service Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience as client service manager role preferred.
- Proven leadership, sales, or customer service experience
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to approach challenges with resilience and optimism.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with both one-on-one interactions and speaking to larger groups.
- A team player with a passion for mentoring and developing others
