We are looking for a detailed Customer Service Representative to join our team. This Customer Service Representative position will provide an excellent opportunity to develop customer service and sales skills while supporting the sales and acquisitions teams. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support throughout the entire sales and customer service lifecycle.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with new and existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing client product and service information as needed.
- Proactively follow up with customers on inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Manage and oversee customer transactions, ensuring an efficient and seamless process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all details are correct and easily accessible.
- Effectively address customer complaints and collaborate with the sales team to develop corrective actions when necessary.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
