Position Overview: The Entry-Level Management team will manage new client accounts, develop tailored sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Master and implement effective direct sales techniques, and guide other entry-level team members in doing the same
- Present and articulate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring alignment with their needs
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by our prestigious clients
- Represent our clients professionally, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with customer accounts
- Assist the Entry Level Management team on reports regarding team sales performance to senior management, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement within the sales team and develop coaching plans to enhance individual performance
- Participate in daily meetings, conference calls, and client training sessions to stay aligned with business objectives
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a team-oriented or sales role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Leadership potential, with the ability to inspire and develop entry-level team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-driven with the ability to follow through and meet objectives
- Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
