Sunlite Plastics, a division of Diversatek, Inc. has exciting opportunities in our Medical Tubing Division in Wisconsin. We are a plastics extrusion company that provides custom tubing to medical markets. Due to extensive growth, we are hiring for multiple Machine Set Up Specialists on all three shifts. 

This position is responsible for the setup, operation and troubleshooting of Plastic Extrusion Machines.  Prefer 3 years relevant manufacturing experience in molding, CNC or extrusion; but will train individuals with Strong Mechanical Aptitude looking to Change Careers.

Hourly rate is $23-$32 based on relative experience.

$2.00 shift premium 3rd shift

• Setup, Adjust, and Troubleshoot Plastic Extrusion Lines
• Follow work instructions, job packets and drawings
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections
• Act as a backup Operator
• Assist with training and development of Operators
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Use of hand and power tools
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 1^st shift 8:00am – 4:30pm
• 2^nd shift 4:00pm – 12:30am
• 3^rd shift 12:00am – 8:30am
