Customer Support & Solutions Specialist – Part-Time/Internship

In this role, close collaboration with the sales, tech support, accounting, and order fulfillment teams is essential to guarantee the satisfaction of our accounts' needs and expectations. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in medical manufacturing and sales support, while also working around a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address daily customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email, offering knowledgeable responses to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Engage with hospitals and surgery centers across the nation to efficiently manage product returns, shipping, and order status inquiries.
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide troubleshooting support to customers, assisting in resolving product or transaction issues and directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Work in tandem with the Accounting department to resolve invoicing issues.
- Undertake additional administrative duties, as required
- Flexible in-person schedule between 8am – 5pm M-F.
