Production Assembler - 1st Shift, No Weekends, $17/hr
Diversatek Healthcare - Milwaukee, WI
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive assemblies at multiple workstations.
- Follow processes and departmental procedures associated with the assembly area.
- Inspect work to the template, gauge, or other measuring instruments.
- Detect and report faulty work.
- Work performed is subject to close supervision and inspection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work in a safe manner at all times following company policies and procedures.
- This position starts at $17/hour plus benefits
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Experience in assembling components preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to do data entry using a computer system.
- Experience working with drawings and specifications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to walk.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time performing repetitive movements.
- Must be able to spot visual defects.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
