What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Clerk position at Diversatek Healthcare?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue and close production work orders in a computer-based MRP system
- Physically manage and deliver production materials to assembly line
- Perform inventory transfers in MRP system
- Monitor of inventory levels and amount of scrap
- Prepare, maintain and review production paperwork, following good documentation practices
- Inspect incoming/outgoing products and materials
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Warehouse and shipping duties as needed
- Administrative and office duties as needed
- Support inventory audits
- Purchasing duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- High computer proficiency, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to convert and accurately use various units of measure (feet to inches)
- Good documentation practices
- Good math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable with regular physical tasks (moving inventory boxes, climbing a ladder, etc.)
Additional requirements (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- MRP system experience
Salary : $23 - $26
