Sales Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview
Diversatek Healthcare, our GI medical device and diagnostics division, is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to join our Marketing & Sales Operations team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team and customers while gaining insight into the inner workings of a fast-paced medical device company.
This is a 6-month internship with the potential for extension.
Diversatek Healthcare has a strong history of supporting Wisconsin-based internship programs and is committed to helping students succeed. We are flexible in working with academic institutions to fulfill paperwork or program requirements related to internship credit or funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate custom reports for the Sales team using CRM, ERP, Excel, and Power BI
- Perform data entry and record updates in ERP and CRM systems
- Assist in administering national and regional sales contracts, including: Developing and updating price lists ("contract pricing") in CRM and ERP
- Ensuring contract requirements are integrated into ERP, CRM, and reporting systems
- Support account managers with record updates
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- 2 Years of college-education. Current college students welcome to apply!
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Ability to generate reports and analyze data using Power BI (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen analytical mindset
- Interest in sales operations, business analytics, or the medical device industry
- Prior administrative or data entry experience is a plus
Schedule & Requirements
- Part-time: 20-30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule: In-person hours between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday
