- Application (Linux & AWS) Support Engineer
- IAM ( ForgeRock / Ping ) experience / knowledge
- AWS Support cloud experience and Ensure system reliability and availability
- Must have Application support experience
- Good to have Monitoring tools ( Datadog ) experience
- Must work on Incident resolution ( Maintain SLAs , SLOs )
- Jenkins , Run deck , JIRA knowledge
