Job Title : Audio Visual Technician

Responsibilities :
- Check all conference rooms on a regular basis.
- Test all aspects of room equipment.
- Confirm hardware power status and battery levels on items like remotes.
- Ensure correct functionality of all audio and video features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
- Ensure rooms are in good order and work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space.
- Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues.
- Assist users with immediate room issues or needs.
- Hold regular AV training sessions with the site.
- Track and respond to ServiceNow work requests.
- Collaborate with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local site.
- Act as the point person for all AV needs at your site.
- Work on special projects with other team members or management related to AV.
