Job Description :
1. At least 8 years of Selenium hands on automation experience with TestNG and BDD framework
2. Must have Payments experience specifically money movement, payments, wires, or ACH application knowledge specifically
3. Must have hands on Selenium for Web and API Functional testing Automation experience
4. Understanding of different automation framework and have at least worked on one framework building from scratch
5. Working experience of CI-CD pipeline, custom made reports and end to end automation validation
6. Extensive knowledge on testing life-cycle process deliverables and reporting including but not limited to Test Planning, Test Scenario, Cases and Data preparation, Smoke / Shakedown Testing, Test Execution, Automation Script Development, Automation Script / Cases Execution, Defect Management, Test Coordination, Status Reporting, Test Phase Closure Report, Support Test Automation, RCA for Rejected or Leaked Defects
7. Knowledge in agile methodologies
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Solid analytical and research skills, and use of good judgment in decision making and sense of urgency for high priority issues
10. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
11. Experience authoring professional documentation and incorporating feedback
12. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
13. Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills
Skillset Requirement :
1. Will be responsible for building suitable automation framework for functional automation testing using Selenium and / or similar automation tools
2. Study existing automation framework and provide suggestions for improvement and develop the same
3. Help develop automation scripts for CI-CD pipeline compatible4. Deliver automation testing scripts using selenium with other plugins under the said delivery plan
5. Raise defects and liaise with developers for fix and retest6. Attend sprint discussions and meetings
7. Working in an onsite-offshore team with constant communication / discussion along with stakeholders
