Note : We need architects with full stack knowledge and Azure cloud. Also, healthcare experience is mandatory here
1. Healthcare Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payor, provider, member, state / CMS relationships)
- Familiarity with health insurance products (Medicaid & DSNP, value-based care models)
- Familiarity of care management workflows (utilization management, case management, disease management)
- Understanding of health risk stratification, care planning, and outcomes monitoring
- Knowledge of care coordination across providers, payors, and members
- Grasp of quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR Ratings, NCQA standards)
