- We are seeking mid-level to senior UX Researchers to join our Lifecycle Transformation Design team.
- Candidates should be well versed in a range of research methodologies, encompassing both evaluative and exploratory research, as well as validation testing.
- The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with UX Designers to assess prototypes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Comprehensive Research : Experience conducting comprehensive UX research, including evaluative research (usability testing and user interviews), exploratory research (user needs and behavior studies), and validation testing to confirm design hypotheses.
- Research Coordination : Demonstrated ability to propose, plan, and coordinate research initiatives effectively, including creating detailed research plans, securing stakeholder buy in, managing deadlines, scheduling participants, and ensuring successful execution.
- Data Synthesis : Proficiency in synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Methodology Knowledge : Strong understanding of UX research best practices and methodologies such as usability testing, interviewing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
- Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with Figma or the ability to quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with other UX design and research tools is beneficial.
- Communication & Collaboration : Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings through presentations, decks, and Figma annotations.
- Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy in for research initiatives.
