Position Overview : We are seeking Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in overseeing highly complex projects within dynamic environments. The ideal candidate may possess a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, SAFe certification, and a deep understanding of agile and lean principles. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage cross-functional teams, track project progress, mitigate dependencies, and proactively address blockers to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, experience in data management and implementing data management platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Management : Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project status, and manage expectations.
- Team Management : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Progress Tracking : Implement robust project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions, as necessary.
- Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
- Dependency Management : Manage dependencies across multiple work streams, coordinating efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
- Issue Resolution : Address project issues and blockers in a timely manner, escalating to higher management when necessary to facilitate resolution.
- Quality Assurance : Uphold high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
- Data Management : Oversee data management initiatives within projects, including implementing data management platforms, ensuring data quality, and facilitating data integration efforts.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery capabilities.
