Role Description :
Must have 7 years of experience as a Technical Lead Strong technical knowledge of Database (Oracle / SQL Server) and ETL integrations (Informatica / Python) Experience in Supporting critical projects with P1 and P2 severity and drive any incident resolution calls. Experience with support of Linux operating systems and Active Directory Handson experience with any two (Unix Shell / PowerShell / PLSQL / Python etc.) scripting or programming language Hands on expertise in creating SQL Queries and able to generate necessary insights for management reporting. Experience on working on AWS environment. Strong background and expertise in ITIL processes including L1 / L2 / L3 / Major Incident Management / RCA / Problem Management etc. Experience in overseeing daily operations to ensure the functionality, availability, and systems security, data, backups, and communications. Experience in coordination with Application Vendor teams for product related issues. Identify and manage operational risks. Experience in identifying and driving process improvement to deliver value to customers. Develop and maintain process and procedures documentation and provide training to internal and external teams. Participate in internal and external audits; oversee and coordinate responses to audit requests. Guide and Mentor team members to move them to next level and get the work done on-time with near zero defects. MUST-HAVE Soft Skills Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems. Experience in handling changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations. Quick learner with the willingness to work alongside team members to get the job done. Ability to lead by example and demonstrate integrity, outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Communicate status and risks to the project stakeholders.
