Job Description / Responsibilities
- Experience with operating system image builds, software push platforms (Intune and SCCM)
- Knowledgeable in Office 365 technology
- Hands-on experience of Intune environment as part of Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration
- Experience with supporting multiple scenarios based on device identities (Azure AD vs Hybrid Azure AD vs On-Prem)
- Knowledge on Windows Autopilot as a modern OS Deployment solution.
- Basics of Azure Windows virtual Desktop
- Proven experience with ticket tracking systems (ServiceNow)
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally
with a diverse group of technical personnel, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
