Job Description
ITIL, Microsoft SSCM, Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity And Access Management, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers
- Experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator.
- You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop / Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office).
- You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving.
- You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI).
- You're a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities.
- You ideally have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field
