Job summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Infra. Technology Specialist for the role of Senior Associate with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deskside, EUC technology, Network, server, SCCM, Active directory technology with a strong background in maintaining open invoices, preparing reports from ServiceNow, MS Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, the candidate will also serve as the primary POC to the stakeholders, being a POC for the entire site and manage critical instances P1 / P2 with proactive communication. The candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and contributing to our company's success.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manages Break-fix, digital desk, SharePoint (centralized services), etc. for demand for Research users in the office.
- Prepare, Image and build Pcs, La[tops, configure and troubleshoot PC and manage end user hardware and software issue
- Experience on Mobile platform, MDM, support iPhone and iPad issues
- Manage Support on hardware, shell swap, printer, server, racking and stacking experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly report and share with the client and Client leadership
- Handle critical incidents such as P1 / p2 and communicate to the stakeholders proactively
- Point of escalation for issues related to the site outside of the Lab environment.
- Hardware, network, infrastructure, etc. Hands on Experience in server, network, storage, backup technologies
