Responsibilities :
1. Asset Life Cycle Management
2. CMDB Accuracy : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for end-user assets using the client's ServiceNow platform
3. Inventory Management : Coordinate with on-site teams to capture and update inventory details in the system, maintaining data accuracy
4. Stock Audits : Conduct regular remote stock audits and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in asset records
5. Forecasting & Demand Management : Provide insights and detailed reports to support forecasting and demand management activities as required
6. Process Support : Support asset management processes to align with enterprise standards and customer expectations
