Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven experience in software / hardware testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications and design documents Communicate test status, progress, and risks to project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner Identify and report defects accurately using a designated issue tracking system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts Participate in project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to share insights and drive improvements. Work closely with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. Verify defect fixes and track resolution progress to ensure timely closure. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Validate the functionality and accuracy of our rate plans, including voice, text, and data packages. Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and work closely with network engineering teams to implement enhancements and optimizations Evaluate the impact of rate plan changes on billing systems, customer accounts, and network resource utilization Experienced in telecommunications testing, with a focus on devices, network infrastructure, and rate plans. Familiarity with telecommunications standards and protocols (e.g., LTE, VoLTE, 5G, IMS) is a plus. Conduct thorough testing of new devices, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other connected devices, to evaluate their performance, functionality, and compatibility with client's network Develop and execute test plans and test cases to assess device features such as call quality, data speeds, battery life, and user interface responsiveness.
