Location - Jersey City NJ / Coppell, Texas / Tampa, FL
Job Description :
Looking for a Lead Software Engineer with a Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in developing Web Application as a full stack developer. Should be able to handle both Java and UI Code with same level of Expertise.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Participate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with an elegant solution design adhering to best design patterns.
- bility to create / generate high quality output / artifacts aligned to squad's working agreements and Definition of Done
- Being a senior technical member of the team, should be able to contribute to development and ensuring code reviews are done diligently to maintain high standards of quality deliverables.
- ctively seek to learn other functional areas within the squad for shared ownership and resiliency.
- Understand and implement Client tools and practices.
- Should actively collaborate with the business collaborators, Infrastructure teams, support teams, technical SMEs and other project collaborators during the application development and delivery.
- Work with Product Owners for Requirements grooming and Clarifications.
- Support end to end testing , Release management and Deployments.
- Support Production Issues and be On call on a need basis
- Demonstrate the work done to the Risk Business users, implement the feedback, and provide suggestions as needed.
- Co-ordinate with offshore peers on requirements clarification, delegate work and help them with any code related issues.
- Provide MIM Support as needed for Production issues .
