Access Management,
Basic troubleshooting of office products (Outlook, word, excel, Power point)
Managing devices in Intune
Laptops
Building / rebuilding laptops using autopilot policies
Logitech rally Kit, Bar support.
Building / rebuilding laptops
Patch Panel Network cabling
Basic knowledge of the tool - Incident, Problem, Change , service request & Asset mgmt. module
