Technical / Functional Skills - Exchange online / Office 365 SME, Proofpoint SME
System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and O365 Apps.
PowerShell for various Office365 and Exchange administrative functions
Office Apps Admin portal AKA Cloud Updates by Microsoft to update M365 Enterprise apps organization wide
Experience implementation and deployment projects
Migration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience
Proofpoint mail protection products
Desired
Microsoft Defender features and tools
Exchange RBAC roles and following Principle of Least Privilege
Advanced understanding of retention policies, DLP, and legal hold
Using Jira for writing stories and following Agile SCRUM ways of working
Analyzing new features or product changes and envisioning how they impact the stakeholders and business workflows
Documenting processes and systems for further use by the team
Outlook Calendaring and AV technology
Teams and Azure Active Directory technologies.
