Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and capabilities to support data exchange within the Salesforce platform and with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data interfaces that align with business needs and technical standards.
- Optimize and enhance existing MuleSoft integrations to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of MuleSoft APIs and integrations to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and implementation details for MuleSoft integrations and capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MuleSoft-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with MuleSoft and Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
