We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to oversee and manage our Cisco SD WAN, Switching, and Routing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex IT programs. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of Cisco SD WAN, Switching, and Routing projects.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Provide training and support to team members on Cisco SD WAN, Switching, and Routing technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency within the project team.
