Roles & Responsibilities
t least 8 years' experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.)
Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams, Polycom, Client)
Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.)
Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
Flexible to work during weekends / off business hours. Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
Data Centre touch / hands and Fleet support
