What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Support position at Diverse Lynx?
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with infrastructure partners and development teams to resolve production issues promptly.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Triage incidents and follow problem management protocols through to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and prevent recurrence.
- Work effectively in a shift-based environment, including rotation weekend support as needed.
