Job Description :
- 10 years' experience in Testing and testing management preferably in Aviation or Manufacturing projects
- Prepare Test Strategy covering various types of testing(Functional, Performance and Automation testing)
- Experience in Implementing test processes, templates, checklists, guidelines.
- Knowledge of ADO, UFT and Jenkins
- Define Test Governance, RACI
- Define KPIs / Metrics
- Guide the teams on delivering testing services
- Implement best practices and lessons learnt
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing goals and objectives.
- Manage test teams and address delivery issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of test deliverables
