Job Description :
- Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies between different workstreams
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risk
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S / 4 HANA system.
- Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S / 4 HANA features and functionality.
- 7 years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.
- Should have worked in at least 1 S / 4 Transformation as a Program Manager
- Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- bility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
