Role Description:
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes.
- Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach).
- Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment.
- Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution.
- Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform cut over activities.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Assist in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
- Update and maintain project tasks using relevant systems.
- Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops.
- Complete and maintain workbooks.
- Attend Sprint planning, Retrospective and Reviews.
