Job Title : Scrum Master
Location : Seattle, WA| Onsite
Duration : Full Time
- Experience as Scrum Master and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring proper timeboxing and focus on key topics.
- Identify and address roadblocks that hinder team progress, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog and ensure clear understanding of user stories.
- Expertise in leading meetings, managing group dynamics, and ensuring productive discussions.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Maintain MS AzureDevOps (ADO) Own 100% for Team, Perform Product and Sprint backlog management, Features, User Story, Task
