Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Associate to provide remote IT support for a 4-month contract, with the potential for extension. The role requires strong computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Log and track support tickets, escalating as needed.
- Assist with basic Excel and Word tasks.
