Job Description :
- Receive, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests from users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Process and fulfill service requests, including software installations, configuration changes, and other IT-related tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including operating system errors, software conflicts, printer issues, and network connectivity problems.
