Role Description :
- We are seeking a skilled SSIS and SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize our database systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SQL Server, SSIS package development, and database administration. SSIS and SQL DBA 8 yrs exp
- Database Management : Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases.
- SSIS Development : Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for data integration and transformation.
- Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize database performance and query execution.
- Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies.
- Security : Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve database-related issues and errors.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations and processes.
- Collaboration : Work with developers and analysts to support data-related projects and initiatives.o
- Ability to identify and prioritize the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements.
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
