Experience in device management using customized management tools(JITBIT)
- Global experience in managing business administrators and stakeholders who support the distribution of devices as specified by company.
- Good to have knowledge in Azure technology.
- Technical expertise in evaluating the state of the devices and engaging OEM running the tools prescribed by customer.
- Strong understanding on the IcM technologies for improving asset management experience.
- Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and focus skills.
- Proficient in Procurement and Inventory Management.
- Understanding of Change Management.
- Knowledgeable in Asset lifecycle management.
- Excellent documentation skills for thorough record keeping.
