What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wireless Network Engineer position at Diverse Lynx?

Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.

Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve mobile app problems.

Proficient in managing and configuring Intune for mobile devices management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions for Intune Company Portal Experience.

Process orders for new USAA Wireless equipment including collecting mailing address and ordering / shipping the correct assets based on the employee role.

Perform executive support including in-person device set ups, answer questions regarding the proper use of USAA equipment, the USAA mobile applications and the USAA Wireless programs in accordance with established USAA policies.

IT Analyst will be responsible for researching and refreshing outdated devices providing an updated corporate device.

Ensures to educate corporate users on the compliance settings to protect corporate data on mobile devices.

Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support through Service Requests / Incidents.

Support and facilitate incidents towards Return to Service ("RTS")

Monitor and coordinate to resolve system / application issues.
