As our Bilingual Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our operations to ensure seamless processes, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team and make strategic decisions that drive business forward.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervision & Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve departmental goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work culture.
P&L Management : Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) management, analyzing financial data to make informed decisions that enhance profitability and efficiency.
Shipping & Receiving : Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, optimizing production processes, and coordinating with vendors.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer experience.

Qualifications :
Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English, required
2-5 years proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within food manufacturing environments.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with P&L management and a solid understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP and OSHA standards.
An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
