Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

We are seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner (28 hours/week) with a current PMHNP license/certification and CPR certification. Responsibilities include:

• Providing mental health services to inmates at Bullock Correctional Facility.
• Assessing and identifying mental health issues, prescribing treatments under physician direction.
• Implementing approved therapeutic regimens and educating staff and patients.
• Documenting all mental healthcare interactions and adhering to safety policies.
• Participating in on-call schedules and following security regulations.
