As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients inside major retail locations—promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving brand awareness through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent top brands at retail events and in-store promotions
- Build rapport with customers and recommend services that meet their needs
- Drive product awareness and sales through face-to-face conversations
- Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to improve performance
- Track daily sales and customer interactions
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and leadership workshops
- Maintain a professional, positive presence while representing our clients
Who We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
- Team player who’s eager to learn and grow
- Able to stand for extended periods and travel locally up to 40 miles
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends
