Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a CNA in Training. In this role, you will assist our certified nursing assistants in providing direct care to residents/patients, adhering to treatment plans and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Participate in training programs, including classroom activities and on-the-job training sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with residents/patients, families, and nursing team members.
- Develop strong relationships with residents/patients, family members, and colleagues, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, community members, volunteers, and Diversicare team members.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and an aptitude to learn company applications.
