Online Chat Representative

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services effectively. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Process transactions and handle cash-related inquiries with precision.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition between chat and phone support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in an office environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Experience in cash handling is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with online chat systems or customer support software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.24 - $24.37 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
