Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras throughout facilities
- Protect company property and personnel
- Prevent crime
- Apprehend criminal, if applicable
- Patrol facilities with company vehicle
- Open and close facilities doors and gates
- Respond to any incidents, take report
- Attend union grievance meetings, if applicable
- Drive personnel to Concentra for testing or injury
- Escort terminated employees out of facility
- Pickup and deliver intercompany mail
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
EDUCATION and Qualifications Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- CPL or CCW required
- Valid driver license required
- No prior work experience necessary
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts
- Ability to act fast in emergencies
- Ability to use firearms and other security equipment
- Ability to judge and detect possible threats and act accordingly
Working conditions requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours daily
Rate of Pay $18.00 per hour
