Are you a proactive and detail-oriented marketer ready to make an impact? Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator for Smart Energy Decisions ; a key product within our Clean Energy portfolio ! You'll play a key role in supporting our Marketing Manager and team by planning and executing dynamic marketing campaigns. Dive into implementing email campaigns, creating engaging social media posts, and developing marketing collateral for our Events and Digital Products. If you excel at crafting compelling content, managing digital projects, and ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Email Marketing : Develop and deploy marketing emails, maintaining a consistent schedule.
- Social Media & Content Creation : Create and manage social media posts and digital assets to promote events and digital offerings.
- Marketing Collateral : Collaborate with teams to produce promotional materials.
- Digital Campaigns : Support lead-generation and audience-building efforts through email, digital ads, and social media.
- Event Support : Coordinate pre-event logistics, assist with event registration platforms, and support onsite marketing activities.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure messaging aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Data Analysis : Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Marketing Technology : Utilize tools like Marketo and Buffer to execute campaigns.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Handle additional marketing projects as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Work Environment :
Diversified Communications offers the flexibility to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule, working in the office 2 days per week. While this position reports into our office located in Portland, Maine, we are considering fully remote applicants.
Travel :
Travel is required 2-3 times per year in this role.
