Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting.
- Assemble and join metal parts and components using welding equipment.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder, with proficiency in various welding methods.
