Duties include assisting our lead attorney in preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions with government agencies, draft legal documents for review by attorneys, work closely with clients to compile and prepare detailed affidavits and gather documents. Our newly founded employer division will need the preparation of immigration applications for companies seeking essential temporary and permanent foreign workers as well as for various individuals, including physicians, researchers, investors, and artists seeking immigration status in this country.
This position requires at least two years of experience, bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus), superlative organizational, analytical and writing skills, and highly professional demeanor. We value team focused culture with emphasis on helping out in other office needs areas including administration and marketing.

Requirements
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Type at least 60 WPM
- 2 or more years of experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Immigration Case Management Software
- Ability to work remotely using VPN periodically
