Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Division Order Analyst role is vital to the set-up and maintenance of the Company’s ownership records. The ideal candidate will have experience in oil and gas records.Special focus will be placed on:Reading and interpreting contracts, including conveyance, lease and other oil and gas contractual documentsCreating cross-references from wells to leases and other contractsCapturing pertinent data in records systemInteracting with land owners and internal stake holdersResolving routine and complex ownership issuesSupporting acquisition records assimilationMentoring less experienced team membersServing as point-of-contact for assigned projects
Position Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field or equivalent combination or education and experience Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Enjoys research-intense assignments Strong written and oral communications Patient demeanor when interacting with land owners Proficient in Excel and Word Experience in Enertia
