Position Summary & Responsibilities
Special focus will be placed on:
- Assisting Land personnel in locating information to resolve owner questions and payment issues
- Supporting acquisition records assimilation
- Preparing documents, including some mail merge letters Resolving standard ownership issues
- Opening, sorting and distributing mail Scanning documents
- Handling returned checks
- Providing clerical support
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Alert and able to learn computer systems
- Enjoys research assignments
- Strong written and oral communications
- Patient demeanor when interacting with land owners
- Intermediate level skills in Excel and Word
- Some oil and gas or real property records experience is preferred, but not required
