Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective construction practices
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and compliance with regulations
- This job requires candidates to divide their time between our projects in Philadelphia, PA, and Atlanta, GA.
Experience:
- Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction contracts and legal requirements
