This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Covington, Louisiana. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.
Qualifications

- Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
