Position Summary : The Overhead Door Division Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Overhead Door Division, including operations, sales, project management, and team development. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the Overhead Door Division, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase division revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the division team, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet or exceed client expectations.
